Our high-quality teaching has been recognised by external audits and awards and we are committed to supporting other schools. We believe in the power of sharing resources expertise and collaboration.

Talk for Writing

In 2024, we were proudly given Talk for Writing Showcase School status due to our exemplary curriculum and teaching of writing. This means our teachers access high quality training and network with schools that achieve highly. Collaboration strengthens reflective practice and keeps lessons sharp responsive and ambitious for every child. We host mornings where colleagues visit to see teaching discuss curriculum progression and learn from what we do as part of the Talk for Writing community. We have also led and organised ongoing cluster leadership and development training for Talk for Writing.

Maths Enigma Hub

Since 2024, we have been part of the Maths Enigma Hub and our Maths Leader is a Maths Enigma Hub Specialist. We regularly host teacher research groups who visit to be trained by us and to see teaching in action.

Sounds-Write

In 2025, we were accredited with Sounds‑Write Silver status for excellence in teaching phonics. We share our practice with other schools and provide advice and support so more children benefit from strong early reading. Our phonics leader has also completed the Phonics Master Class. SEND External Support and Advice

We also offer support via outreach and advice for other specialist settings, including mainstreams who have children with SEND and/or complex needs. Similarly, our knowledge and expertise are shared throughout collaboration on working-parties and panels as part of our Trust and Local Authority.
