Our Year Groups & Staff

We are proud of our highly skilled staff team and the strong relationships they build with children and families. In our mainstream provision we have eight classes, two in each year group, plus The Nest, our enhanced provision. Enhanced or Ordinarily Available Provision means children receive tailored teaching and support within a mainstream setting without needing specialist placement.

In our mainstream, we admit 60 children per year group, meaning an average of 30 children per class. The Nest usually welcomes around 10 children, giving them a nurturing environment with the support they need to succeed.

Some of our support staff work across year groups so we can direct expertise where it is most needed and ensure every child receives the right level of support at the right time.

You can contact class teachers easily and quickly through Class Dojo. 

Please ask your class teacher or the school office if you are not sure how to sign up and access your child’s class.

Each morning an adult will be on the door to warmly greet your child. Each term teachers share information about what your child will be learning and every Monday you will receive weekly homework. On Fridays, teachers share a round-up of the week that keeps you connected with classroom life and informed about what is coming up.

Music is taught by our specialist, Mrs Warriner, and PE is taught by Coach Cook.
